Pros
Employees are heavily trained, so you will know your job and be comfortable before you are expected to do it. There is a strong culture of respect and friendship among the staff. Pay is not as high as it once was but incentives like Sunday and overnight bonuses are nice.
Cons
Customers are king, be prepared to be treated rudely by entitled guests. You are expected to smile and bear it. Some managers tend to micromanage, this is a by product of over training I feel.
