Managers will only promote or give raises to thoses who are willing to work for the company for 10 plus years or to friends. The culture is quite toxic - its clicky and the drama/rumors drive the fellow associates more than work itself. You are required to work holidays and regular clopenings. Raises are not given by merit but by how many hours you dedicate to the company. Even with 4+ years of experience in guest service, HR and the store directors will low ball you on a starting wage. I would of gotten paid more working at Mcdonalds than here. Its a joke that they rave about being one of the best companies to work for.
