Pros
The company will build you from no job experience to a capable competitive person for your career job when it comes work ethics. I worked here for over 6 years and my experience was excellent. I learned about making the best experience for the customer and basically how to interact with clients in various situations.
Cons
I really don't see any cons about nugget if you really put the effort to work hard and try to advance in this company.
