This is such a positive place to work, where we are truly treated as members of the family. Everyday I come to work with a smile on my face because I know I'll be surrounded by positive, hardworking, and fun-loving team mates. There are so many benefits to working here; from the actual benefits such as Health Care and 401K, to the amazing opportunities for growth, continuing education and leadership - our company offers it all. On top of that, they have just announced that we will all be receiving raises! Our courtesies will be starting at $12.50, and all other entry level clerk positions will be starting at $15!! Just when you think it can't get better, Nugget makes it better. I am so grateful and proud to be part of this amazing company and family.
Cons
The only serious drawback that I see is that we don't have more locations nationwide. If we did, I might be able to relocate to Seattle, WA, and still work for Nugget!
