Pros
the training process was thorough and effective, the people were generally nice. The pay was pretty ok. Seemed like it wasn't too hard to move up in the company and i worked with people who'd been there for many years.
Cons
absolutely no control over my schedule and i only got it a week in advance but that's the case in most positions of this kind i guess. We were often short staffed as well.
