Unfortunately, favoritism runs very high at Roseville store 7. If you are in leaderships inner circle, you will go far and get away with anything. Promotions are based on on that favoritism; you can be vested, the right fit, and most qualified for position, and they will give it to someone who does not deserve it just because they are buddy buddy with leaders in the store. The store director is disingenuous to associates, he makes false promises to save face but he never follows through, he would rather avoid conflict than to tell the truth and lead by example. The same people get recognized week after week, not because they deserve it but rather they expect it because they have been with the company a long time. It’s sad to see a great store take such a dramatic turn when leadership changed a few years ago.
