Pros
Positive atmosphere. Very customer service oriented. Clear mission statement and values/morals based philosophy. Can be a good job, if this is an in-between/college/short-term employment.
Cons
Don't dig too deep, or stay too long. Underneath the facade of smiles and service are deception and politics. If you can thrive in that environment, good luck, if not, please be careful.
