Pros
This is a great place to start in the job market.. if you are going to college and need part time work. They promote from with in, so always a lot of opportunity to grow into different departments. Pay is reasonable, benefits are good. They push for respect for all who work together.
Cons
This company is youth oriented. Unless you been in the company for a long period of time, most older people do not get hired. They are customer service oriented, so you better have your happy Nugget face on at all times <fake>, or you will be written up and very possibly fired. They tend to pick and choose when and who to promote, tho you may have been waiting along time for that promotion. They put very young people into manager positions that are not ready or skilled.
