Nugget has the best benefits around (health insurance, etc.). The company makes it possible to maintain a work/life balance, even as a manager. At Nugget there is plenty of opportunity for growth if you put in the work. The company does a great job of “keeping up with the times”. And there is lots of fun to be had (ski trips, store parties, etc.)! There is an excellent training program, and a great company-wide communication system. The company is growing, which is reassuring!
