Not living up to its potential - Anonymous employee Nuix Employee Review

Our new CEO summed it up perfectly, Nuix has much bigger problems than AI. The leaders in the executive team are here for their own glory. Bullying is rife, HR look the other way. I feel sad for the 'People' team. Its hard to say if they propagate the problems by enabling them, or they are forced to cover up for their peers in order to protect the image of the company, at the expense of the rest of the employees. Nuix Neo, customers don’t know what it is, we can’t sell it easily. Thankfully Discover and component world are still going strong. This really is a symptom of tech and product not being able to work together.
