Pros
I work with really great people who care about the work they are doing. The culture in N. America is more like a startup than the established company it is. We work really hard, but have fun doing it. I've learned more from the team here than at any other job I've had. My development skills have improved exponentially in the time I've been here. There are great opportunities to learn new technology and the senior developers are eager to uplevel the skills of the other engineers rather than compete with them. We work together here to achieve a common goal. The development team's processes are improving all the time. I feel like we are definitely moving in the right direction in terms of our technology and process. It's very exciting.

Global company requires odd meeting times occasionally. Not enough engineers.
