Pros
The Technology they have is very very compelling and could be a huge deal in cyber security.
Cons
It all comes down to management. There is no cross division continuity. Each area of the company is being ran by a "good ol boy" network and if you are part of the network then you're in like flynn! That being said if you are not part then you are considered an outsider and get treated as such. Communications between the executive staff as well as mid level managers and the "worker bees" is minimal at best. Often you will find teams being managed by someone who has no experience managing a team and became a manager due to time with the company or because they are friends with director level manager. Benefits are HORRIBLE!!!! Just shy of $700 a month for a family out of pocket and you get no life insurance or long term disability. Medical, Vision, and Dental is pretty much it. Zero defined career path once your in, they pay decent but good luck getting a current comp plan from managers so that you are paid according to your "plan" The only way to really get a promotion or raise is to know someone rather then perform or allow your experience guide your career. You may find yourself being hired for one role and have a comp plan that fits that role but then be assigned a completely different role and your comp plan will not adjust accordingly.
