The management team is driven by their egos and make decisions in a bubble. Executives are able to bully individuals and there is little to no respect for anyone outside of the Sydney office. There is a lack of interest in understanding (or caring to understand) the nuances of employing people in the US. There is an expectation to be available 24x7 at the whim of a team in Sydney and don't expect to have a life outside of the office. "Family friendly employer" is a well known joke. I have never worked so hard to disappoint so many people.
