Pros
Although the teams seem kind of cliquish, most of the people mean well.It's just that some folks seem to work better internally to their own regions and teams.The pay is decent.
Cons
Very poor communications between all global and regional teams. Lack of experience level management between departments.Very self-silo type of operations between regions.No straight connects between internal and external global regional teams.Basically, where ever you work dedicates the working style.No acknowledgement of your ideas.
