Pros
The people are great. The team I work with is incredibly supportive and helpful. I've had great experiences working outside of my team as well, with people willing to take on tasks to assist on projects outside of their daily scope of work. The Unlimited Paid Time Off policy is great, and allows flexibility for when life happens. I feel recognized for the work that I do and my manager has been a wonderful coach for expanding my knowledge and stretching my comfort zone within my role.
Cons
There has been a lot of change over the past few years, and change has growing pains. It's not always been smooth, but that's to be expected.
