      - Flexible, great work/life balance - Open Communication - Great mix of different backgrounds - Down to earth co-workers - Great culture of working in teams and helping each other win - Everyone's ideas are heard

      Cons

      - Continuing to work through combining legacy companies and infoscout. This takes time but it will be worth it going forward

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
