Pros
Numerator is at that sweet spot company size where it’s more stable than a start up and growing into a big company (minus all the red tape). There are plenty of new and exciting projects to contribute to, as well as propose and spearhead if you can back up your ideas. People are smart, willing to help others, and overall great to work with. It truly feels like there are no limits to individual growth - if you have an idea, take it and run. Best place I’ve worked so far.
Cons
The company’s working through some growing pains and improving legacy constructs , but nothing crazy.
