      Pros

      Smart, focused, and solid consulting team. Fully remote options. Company actually listens to employees and what they want.

      Cons

      Growing fast, so pains related to that. There are a number of regular tasks consultants are doing/responsible for that make no sense (particularly related to the survey side of the business).

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
