Just Say No - Data Entry Specialist Numerator Employee Review

HORRIBLE PAY, and horrible employee retention that consistently led to overworking the remaining employees. Zero communication between "team leaders"/management & employees to the point where no one ever knew what was going on and employees were always kept in the dark until the very last minute. Unbearable stress due to constant mandatory overtime all year round... ZERO life/work balance. They ask for feedback, but its just for show. No one cares enough about you to try and improve anything...least of all, anything relating to employee satisfaction. Very Greedy company-only looking to line their own pockets at the expense of those who sacrifice their mental health and cant support themselves with what they are paid.
