Pros
- Numerator works hard to actively push for work life balance with its employees and encourage time off, work in the community - Receive "quiet hours" (no meetings or slack, etc.) to give you time to breathe and work without interruption or meetings - "Refresh" days where the entire company gets days off to allow employees additional time off on top of the already generous PTO policy (which by the way they actually mean it), usually on a holiday weekend so you get a long weekend - I do not have their medical benefits but hear they are excellent, and they are regularly updating and adding to them, including care for trans people and women who need to travel for healthcare
Cons
- Need more diversity, but they are actively working on it and keep the employees updated on their efforts - It's tech so there are times when it can get very busy and it's all hands on deck, but the days that are busy and intense are made up for by the ability to take off when you need it and take breaks
