      Pros

      Smooth hours. Working felt like having walk in an open valley. As long as I was working with good people that worked towards a deadline it was a wonder to a spot at Market Track.

      Cons

      Was let go because the Jamaica branch was replaced for a cheaper market.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
