      Pros

      The company has allowed the product and data teams to invest time and money in creating significant advancements. It is also a place where people have the chance to try new things and take on new responsibilities. The company is still small enough that there is upward movement but big enough that there is structure and resource. Company takes remote work seriously.

      Cons

      Clearer lanes. Ideas come in from everywhere.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
