      Pros

      Loved the people and the team work. Have very well thought out and planned training. Do a great job with teamwork and making sure one person is not overflowing with work by passing projects and clients around.

      Cons

      The pay! So much lower than the rest of the industry.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
