      Top management is good. Very few people in the organization are good

      Cons

      Senior manager is not capable of taking decisions. Lot of favouritism in the company. I do not prefer any one to join.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
