      Pros

      They will send you to their Chicago office to undergo training which is a lot of fun. Everyone you meet during your transition into the company is superb. A lot of excellent and hard working individuals.

      Cons

      I was one of the people who got laid off in a massive wave of layoffs. People who have been at the company for years got laid off as well.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
