      Pros

      Pays well, managers are amazing people, super supportive, and encourage work-life balance. Unlimited PTO is a huge plus and there's very little pressure to limit time off even during busy seasons.

      Cons

      Clients can be very needy and the relationship between upper-level management, sales teams and the consulting team along with the normal pressures of time tracking and working with clients can be very stressful.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
