Pros

Being able to work fully remote is a huge plus. Team Leads and Managers really care about workers

Cons

Beyond TLs, upper management and executives don't care much at all about the quality of life or pay of employees. If they have the opportunity to screw over their employees, they will do so.

Pros

Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

Cons

Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
