      Great product Super smart consulting/engineers Flexible - remote work encouraged & fully integrated High quality sales resources (marketing, solutions, etc)

      Cons

      Lower salaries & largely impossible goals Toxic culture - drink the kool-aid or get purged regardless of performance Entitled philosophy of bullying clients hurts business retention No real innovation in years

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
