The mission of the company is helping people acquire Complex Medical Equipment and regain mobility. It's a very rewarding industry on a human level. Numotion did a lot in the community and they actively encouraged community volunteerism
Cons
Regional Managers and CEO's have zero working knowledge of the day to day operations of the independent branches. Which impedes the needs of customers and employees. Middle Managers are little more then a sounding board for dissatisfied clients and employees. Input into process improvements is not taking seriously as the real decision makers have never run the operations of a branch. As a middle manager I was forced to work 12 hour plus days sometimes 7 days week to compensate for lack of adequate staff.
