Easy job, minimal goals set by management, no accountability so you don't have to do much, perfect for people with no ambitious who are hired on regular basis. Ideal job for people who love to miss days at work and still keep the job.
Cons
Unfriendly and unprofessional managers, no real goals set, bad pay. No appreciation for current and good employees that have been with the company for years. Promised raises and growth are really lies told by managers when they try to hire you. Huge rotation in staff as people do not want to stay and be paid very little for their work and experience. People get away with a lot of slacking but hard workers not appreciated. Managers do not take suggestions. Micromanagement when it comes to not business related stuff but no accountability for an actual work load. People allowed to make personal calls all day while disturbing others and there are no consequences for it. A lot of drama in the departments. If you're a good employee who's looking for challenges and growth, keep looking for a better opportunity. You won't find it here... On top of all that, heard horror stories of male managers using company's money for buying presents to girls in our branch, paying for washing their cars and giving them cash, all for small sexual favors. Management has affairs with employees and they get to be treated better. Family and friends get promoted even though they are incompetent. No one complains as most people are scared to lose their jobs...
