Management does not protect their employees when client issue occur. Upon hiring, I was told that I would be receiving a pay increase, it never happened. Also there are no employee benefits. There is a very high turn over in upper management. Their respponse is that even though, employees are told that paydays are on fridays, you're lucky to get it when we send it.
