I enjoy working at NutaNXT because I have been provided amazing opportunities to take ownership and push myself, which has allowed me to challenge my own goals and achieve more than I could imagine when I joined 2 years ago. I get to work on new projects which enrich my learning. The energy of the team is contagious and everyone is very much driven towards their goals. Management truly cares for your personal growth and that's a rarity I have seen in the startup ecosystem.
Cons
None as of now. Providing more onsite opportunities to team is one area for company to look at, given the US customers and projects we are working on.
