Pros
I have worked for Nutanxt as Sr. Data Engineer, before that, I worked with many large MNCs and clients where I played critical Data Engineering roles. One thing for sure is my experience at Nutanxt is not like a typical IT company or MNCs(where you are always struggling to maintain work-life balance and yet not building experience in the best technologies). Here I found NutaNXT treats an employee like a family, provides opportunities to take ownership for our work and maintain a work and life balance, which I feel is much more important in these pandemic times, where a company needs to think about its people and support them. It is refreshing to see here, one has the freedom to learn a lot and innovate with any new technology irrespective of project dependencies where support comes from upper management members who are very helpful not only on your professional career development, also on your personal growth whenever you need support.
