Bought by Land O Lakes...no longer a family company....Wages have been cut. - Production Nutra Blend Employee Review

I've worked here for years and have always agreed with the positive reviews on this site. Unfortunately it has been bought by a large corporation and has gone downhill fast. As of 12/2017 it was announced that are wages are being cut and the incentive program is being discontinued as well as the cutting of several of the perks that were present as a family owned business. Mike Osborne is no longer CEO so the CEO review no longer applies to him. Morale is horrible under this new regime.....They've given management substantial raises while cutting wages for employees, including those with many years of service.
