      Management picks and chooses what's right or wrong despite policies that are in place. No advancement opportunities. They are very sexist.

      It is a family oriented atmosphere, the president even talks to all his employees, most he knows by name. I love working there.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced industry so if you don't want to work hard and earn your pay don't work here.
