      It is a family oriented atmosphere, the president even talks to all his employees, most he knows by name. I love working there.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced industry so if you don't want to work hard and earn your pay don't work here.

      Pros

      Good pay, great management, solid benefits, good chance of promotion. the management really does a good job of giving you the tools you need to succeed.

      Cons

      The only knock I have on this company is that there tends to be a real big problem with favoritism that goes unnoticed most of the time.
