Business Outlook
Pros
LA used to be an excellent location to work but has changed dramatically with loss of AUM. Good potential for the future but it will be much different with strong corporate (Chicago based) oversight and influence.
Cons
Biggest downside is weak senior IT leadership,. IT did a reorg but as mentioned by an earlier review, old top mgmt was left in place. LA has lost some of the perks and IT footprint will continue to shrink with really no career growth potential.
