Pros

Most shop employees were nice, hardworking people, fairly laid back environment.

Cons

Owner is a condescending, nasty individual. Personal insults were often used. Pay was low, essentially no benefits, non-existent company culture. Other managers could be very rude with no patience.

Upper management cares and is highly technically aware. Good team atmosphere with minimum of ego. Great place if you want to be a part of building something.

Chaos levels can be high at times.
