There is absolutely nothing good to say here..

Cons

Poor leadership, toxic owner/CEO, cares only about the bottom line. Owner is hoping for a big payday once he sells the company, so he doesn’t care to treat employees with respect or empathy.

Upper management cares and is highly technically aware. Good team atmosphere with minimum of ego. Great place if you want to be a part of building something.

Cons

Chaos levels can be high at times.
