I've been with Nyman since 2016 and it's so wonderful to see them expand to OT and not just SLPs! Although it's growing, I like how it's still catered in Philadelphia area. Everyone in management is always focused on everyone's well-being and happiness within their placements; such as getting us the materials needed and handling other administrative issues you may face within your placements.

The staff at the placement site were welcoming.

1. Poor and inaccurate communications 2. Unauthorized payroll deductions (multiple times) 3. Health insurance "benefit" is misleading. It is only access to plans. Nyman's health insurance premium via payroll deduction was more than 13% of actual plan cost. For reference, the premium for health insurance cost of identical coverage via COBRA will be thousands of dollars cheaper annually than the premium rate as an employee. 4. Low paying compared to other agencies
