Pros
Great first job. Extremely supportive, close knit and interactive. Freedom to choose which setting you'd like to work in. If you are not happy, nothing is set-in-stone and you can communicate that you would like to be considered for another position at a different setting. You have a support system when you need, but feel independent as a professional. Management is very inclusive and makes everyone feel a part of the team!
Cons
More training in the beginning would have been helpful, though you are given a supervisor, learning the ins and outs of paper work etc. was a learning process. Consistent pay, and time off is something that would help full-time employees have peace of mind. Salary and hourly employees have to worry about variables such as inclement weather, effecting the amount of hours that have been worked that week. I hope as the company gets larger, a salary pay for all employees regardless of falling short a couple hours, is considered. Benefits are not great.
