They genuinely care about their employees. As an SLP for 13 years,this is the first time I met someone from the company BEFORE I was hired. They are very supportive and always available to talk.

The staff at the placement site were welcoming.

1. Poor and inaccurate communications 2. Unauthorized payroll deductions (multiple times) 3. Health insurance "benefit" is misleading. It is only access to plans. Nyman's health insurance premium via payroll deduction was more than 13% of actual plan cost. For reference, the premium for health insurance cost of identical coverage via COBRA will be thousands of dollars cheaper annually than the premium rate as an employee. 4. Low paying compared to other agencies
