Pros
I could go on forever about the positive aspects of this company. We have the best most supportive team all the way from partners to managers to other case managers. Everyday we have new challenges and we're always learning new things. We are heard and listened to. Everyone can feel that the partners and the managers genuinely care about our growth. The interview process was very transparent. Jason, the president of the firm, is a kind man that does his best to take time to speak to everyone when he's in the Michigan office. Spencer is always busy, but almost always picks up the phone when you call. Melissa works tirelessly to keep our time sheets on track (she's also a very nice person), Jessica always makes herself available to everyone in the office, Ryan is a pool of knowledge and is always willing to teach everyone in the office. I could go through the whole list, but all of our managers are also the best. They are always very busy, but always does everything in the power to help us with any task we need them for. They're the best mentors anyone could ask for. The job itself may not always be for everyone. We are on the phone a lot. However, we get to speak to amazing clients and help them through an otherwise treacherous process. We have our daily tasks, calls, emails, and voicemails that help each case move forward in a timely manner. I can't properly encompass my job in a review because every day it's different. Every day is a new challenge. Every day I get to help make someones life a little easier. When I started working here I didn't know I was going to love the work and love our atmosphere, but now I know this is where I want my career to be. I feel lucky to be working here.
Cons
I tried really hard to come up with something, but I don't have any cons.
