Pros
None that could outweigh the bad.
Cons
The company has grown into a large firm, but I wouldn’t call it success. Turnover is atrocious. Someone is quitting/being trained every 2 weeks. The entire firm is months behind in work. Almost a years worth. The applications team and case managers simply cannot process every client, and they still want to expand! How irresponsible to create a veterans affairs department when you can’t even manage your SSDI clientele. Growth for the sake of growth is the ideology of the cancer cell. Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients. These attorneys should not be in leadership positions. The managing partner will cuss in his employees’ faces and behind their backs. The other attorneys remain silent about the disrespect. Sexual harassment has occurred - no one was punished for it. They couldn’t afford to fire the culprit because of the stupid high turnover. Remember, it’s profit over people. This place is wrong for the way they treat employees, and to continue taking on more clients than they can handle. When morality comes up against profit, it is seldom profit that loses. Those of honor understand what is right, whereas those who are petty understand profit.
