This is a fantastic place to work! The staff members are wonderful, and the partners genuinely care about both their employees and clients. We’re a tech-forward company, always introducing new technology to enhance our client support. In my own experience, I've seen many people grow here. I started as an HR Generalist and was quickly promoted to Human Resources Manager. The partners invest in those who work hard and seek opportunities to advance their careers, and I am truly grateful for this firm and the opportunities they provide. The benefits here are truly unbeatable, with thoughtful offerings that reflect the partners' commitment to the team. Having up to a 6% match for the 401(k) is extremely generous. Additionally, we offer top-tier healthcare, ensuring excellent support for our team. Plus, we enjoy free snacks, coffee, and supplies in the breakroom, which adds a nice touch to our daily routine. The HR team is always available and genuinely cares about employee well-being. We prioritize creating a welcoming environment and continuously plan new initiatives that keep our staff in mind. I love seeing our teams touch the lives of our clients every day. Even though I’m not in a client-facing role, I witness the impact our staff has on clients. I also enjoy recruiting new team members with our clients in mind, striving to find caring, compassionate, hardworking, driven, dedicated, and skilled top talent to keep the firm thriving and supporting our clients. I couldn't ask for a better workplace! Highly recommend!

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be challenging at times. We have many great ideas and projects that will ultimately benefit the firm, but there is never enough time in the day. However, this encourages us to stay innovative and continuously grow our skills.

Pros

Will make you wish you didn’t work here

Cons

This firm has zero culture, the lawyers praise themselves by saying they are compassionate to their clients but will not care a penny about you in reality. HR will give you attitude for free, they never answer your questions and will tell you to read the handbook instead of just replying to the message. The partners are money and business driven, definitely don’t expect respect nor appreciation. As a former employee I will say, the firm forced us to work through hurricanes, the office building was flooded after the hurricane leaving us without AC and no elevators, we had to climb 7 flights of stairs daily for about 3weeks, we also had a fire inside the parking garage which left some of my coworkers without a car yet we were expected to show up to work. In conclusion, I do not recommend working here unless you’re ready to start taking mental health meds.
