Compensation is fair, and the more you put in, the more you get back. The culture is incredible, management leads by example, successes are shared, and challenges are handled as a team.

The fast-paced environment can feel intimidating at first, but the team is supportive and invested in your success.

Opportunity to build skill set, some coworkers

Low pay, benefits are lacking, you get sick and safe time but not pto (it's the same thing, you don't get both so don't expect to be able to get to take time off and get to take days if you get sick). Promotions are based on favoritism. They don't know how to effectively utilize labor. There is no leadership. I don't think the company will last.
