New CEO, Andres Lopez gets what it takes to run a world class organization and he's putting the right people in Place. Sergio Galindo is another great talent that will drive the North American unit back to the top! New Leaders stress safety and people priorities and back it up with action! Shaky on the Plant Manager level, but improving by implementing a strong Continuous Improvement presence in all North American facilities. Interaction between sites and corporate headquarters is improving dramatically.
