There are many positive reasons working at O-I is enjoyable. There are so many opportunities to connect with people all over the world. Even if your role is regional-based, many projects and initiatives have global impact. The people at O-I are great; everyone is willing to jump in and lend a hand at any time. Under its new leadership team, O-I has a laser focus on improving performance and making this a great place to work for all.
Cons
One of the advantages of working at O-I can also be a fault. Being a global company, O-I can do a better job of leveraging its global strengths. Also, adding more rigor on internal communications at every level would be an improvement opportunity.
