      Pros

      The pay is alright. The work is easy. Most people just stand there and work and listen to rap music on the radio.

      Cons

      The management doesn't hire qualified people. Have friend from Miller that got turned down. Very familiar with the bottle industry. Go figure. Race issue!!

      The job is always fast paced and technically challenging.
