      Good company to work for. Lots of opportunity. Competitive salary & benefits. Stable company. Good people who care about their employees. Pension plan is good. Innovative and lots of training opportunities

      Cons

      Long hours. Shift work. Difficult to manage union & senior management expectations. Priorities change all the time. Little control over production schedules. Very demanding but challenging workplace.
